๐Ÿš€Getting Started


Welcome to Convertorix, the complete lead management and automation system built for Forex affiliates using telegram

This guide walks you through everything you need to:

  • Connect your Telegram account
  • Set up your stages and keywords
  • Configure follow-ups (manual & automatic)
  • Use bulk messaging and analytics

Setup overview

  1. Connect your Telegram account so Convertorix can see leads and send messages.
  2. Create your lead stages to represent your funnel (e.g. Initial Contact โ†’ Has All Info โ†’ Broker Link Sent โ†’ FTD).
  3. Add keywords for each stage so Convertorix can auto-update a leads stages based on the messages you send them.
  4. Build your follow-up sequence with messages and optional media for each stage.

Once this is done, Convertorix will start logging leads in your dashboard, update their stages, and send follow-ups.

๐Ÿ“ฑConnect Your Telegram


Convertorix connects to your Telegram account (not a bot). This lets it read incoming messages from leads and send bulk messages/follow-ups.

How to connect

  1. In Convertorix, go to Connect Telegram.
  2. Enter your Telegram phone number or scan the QR code
  3. Check Telegram for the code and enter it into Convertorix.
  4. If you use 2FA, enter your Telegram password when asked.
  5. Wait for the confirmation: โ€œTelegram connected successfully.โ€

Important notes

  • Your Telegram account must stay logged in for Convertorix to keep working.
  • If you clear the convertorix session from the telegram app, log out of all devices or change number, youโ€™ll need to reconnect inside Convertorix.
  • If connection drops at any point, just repeat the same steps to reconnect.

๐Ÿ“ŠCreate Your Stages


Stages represent the steps in your sales process from when a lead first messages you to your ultimate goal typically FTD. Follow-ups, bulk sending, and analytics all rely on these stages.

How to create stages

  1. Go to Stages.
  2. Click Add Stage.
  3. Give it a clear name that represents a step in your sales process (e.g. Initial Contact, Has All Info, Broker Link Sent, FTD).
  4. Pick a color so it stands out in the table and analytics.
  5. Set the order (1 = first stage in your pipeline).
  6. Save.

Tips

  • The first stage Initial Contact is created by default, you can change this to whatever name you wish. All new leads go to this first stage so keywords dont matter here
  • The number of stages you have will depend on how long your sales script is. The longer your sales script the more stages you will have
  • An easy way to identify your stages is by looking at your sales script. Each time you send a lead a message and wait for a reply is generally one stage

๐Ÿ”คAdd Keywords


Keywords let Convertorix automatically move leads into the right stage based on what what messages you send leads

How to add keywords

  1. Go to Stages.
  2. Select the stage you want to configure.
  3. Add your keywords in the box for that stage.

Rules & best practices

  • Keywords are case-insensitive.
  • Instead of single word keywords its recomended to use multi word phrases for example Thank for confirming your deposit. instead of just deposit
  • the easiest way to pick your keywords is by looking at your sales script. just pick one line from the message you follow and use that
  • when using multi word phrases do not put them in quotes

๐Ÿ“จAdd Follow-Up Messages


Follow-ups help you rescue leads who stop replying and push them further along the funnel.

Each stage can have multiple follow-ups. Convertorix will send them either automatically or when you trigger them manually.

How to add follow-ups

  1. Go to Follow-Up Settings.
  2. Select the stage you want to add follow-ups for.
  3. Select the order.
  4. Enter the delay hours
  5. Type your message and attach and image or video if needed
  6. +Add.

Follow-up types

  • Text only โ€“ basic follow-up reminder or nudge.
  • Image + text โ€“ for screenshots, proof, or creatives.
  • Video + text โ€“ for explanations, walkthroughs, or stronger pitches.

๐Ÿ–๏ธManual Follow-Ups


Manual follow-ups let you decide exactly when the next follow-up in a sequence is sent.

How to send a manual follow-up

  1. Open the lead table.
  2. Click Send Follow-Up beside the desired lead.
  3. The next follow-up for that leadโ€™s current stage will be sent.

Behind the scenes

  • The message and any media are sent via your connected Telegram account.
  • Convertorix logs the send for tracking.
  • The leadโ€™s โ€œfollow-up order sentโ€ counter is updated so the next follow-up is ready.

๐Ÿค–Automatic Follow-Ups


Automatic follow-ups keep leads moving even when youโ€™re not actively messaging.

How it works

  • Convertorix checks each leadโ€™s last reply time.
  • If they havenโ€™t replied to you for longer than your delay (e.g. 24 hours), the next follow-up is sent.
  • If they reply at any point, the timer resets and they wonโ€™t be spammed.

How to configure

  1. Go to Follow-Up Settings.
  2. Choose the delay before a follow-up fires (e.g. after how long of the lead not replying will the follow-up be sent).
  3. Set allowed sending hours at the top of the page(e.g. 09:00 โ€“ 21:00 in UTC time).
  4. Save.

๐Ÿ“ฆBulk Messaging


Bulk Messaging lets you send a broadcast to many leads at once โ€“ for new offers, reminders, or updates.

Sending a bulk message

  1. Open the Bulk Message section in Convertorix.
  2. Write the message you want to broadcast.
  3. (Optional) Attach an image or video.
  4. Select the target:
    • All leads
    • Leads in a specific stage (e.g. only โ€œFTDโ€ leads)
  5. Confirm and start the bulk job.

What happens behind the scenes

  • Convertorix creates a job and queues messages to be sent.
  • Your Telegram account sends them one-by-one with safe throttling.
  • You can see how many succeeded or failed as the job runs.

๐Ÿ“ˆAnalytics & Dashboard


Analytics show you how your funnel is performing and where leads are getting stuck.

Main charts

  • Lead Volume โ€“ number of leads over time.
  • Stage Breakdown โ€“ how many leads are in each stage.
  • Funnel โ€“ how many leads reach each stage.
  • Conversion Rate โ€“ percentage of leads that reach a target stage (e.g. Funded).
  • Leads per Stage Over Time โ€“ how each stage grows or shrinks over a selected period.

Date ranges

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Custom range

Use these to compare performance before/after new campaigns, changes in scripts, or new follow-up sequences.

Convertorix runs on a monthly subscription.

From the Billing area you can:

  • Start your subscription
  • Update your payment method.
  • View/download invoices.
  • Cancel or resume your subscription.
